Isaak prioritizes delivery to most metro areas.
Our products are mainly bulky items that are handled with care so we do make sure they are delivered in good condition.
1. Order Confirmation
Once you have ordered you will receive a confirmation to your email address.
2. Shipment Processing Time
We typically have it sent out within 24-48 hours of ordering. Occasionally during peak demand there may be a 1-2 days increase in processing time.
3. Shipment Locations - Australia Only.
Isaak only ships within Australia itself, not internationally.

Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
Shipping Surcharges are typically calculated on weight and how we need to deliver it. To find out how much it would cost, just simply proceed to the checkout.
Occasionally there are delays due to flooding, staff issues or higher demand and other unforeseen circumstances. If these do pop up, we do apologies and will be as transparent as possible with what is happening.
We don't however take responsibility if the wrong address is placed on the order. If this does occur please email the team at hello@Isaak.com.au before we send out the order to divert the product elsewhere.
Isaak looks to provide visibility throughout the process so our customers know where their shipment is exactly. Once you have placed your order you will receive a link and a number as to how to follow your package in real time.
Australian orders will have tracking automatically.
6. Want to cancel your order?
For whatever reason if you need your order cancelled, please email us and write within the subject line CANCELLATION URGENTLY NEEDED, within your email please include your order number and full name. If this is done before dispatch there will not be any restocking charge, however if after there may be a restocking + courier fee.
7. Changing Delivery Address
For whatever reason, if a delivery address has to be changed please contact our team asap before dispatch and include your order number, name and the address you would like to change it to.
Please note: If you are trying to do this after dispatch it may not be possible/or there may be a fee involved.
If damage has occurred, please reach out to us at hello@Isaak.com.au, we will have one of our team members follow up and assist asap.
9. Missing or Lost Package
Occasionally packages do get lost, if this does happen we will initiate a investigation which takes between 2-7 days. If it is the couriers fault we will dispatch another package with tracking to the customer.
10. Protection Throughout Delivery
Rest assured if your order does not arrive or is damaged we will replace it for you free of charge guaranteed.

11. Undeliverable Packages
In the very unlikely event a package can't be delivered for whatever reason, we will be in touch with you.
12. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If no one in present during delivery a notification will be left in your mailbox outlining the process to pick up the package. If this does happen twice a re delivery cost may occur.
13. Rejected By Receiver
If your item is rejected by the received there may be a re delivery cost to have it re sent.

14. Postcodes Not Yet Covered
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are currently unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.
Please contact our customer support team for more information if you need the item to be delivered to a remote postcode to ensure your order can be processed successfully.
