DO YOU SHIP TO ALL OF AUSTRALIA?
We ship to 99% of Australia bar some very remote postcodes.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We have a warehouse in Melbourne, which is where we send most of our stock from. In addition, we do have a few suppliers where we do source some items from, they are all Australian based.
WHAT DO YOU ACCEPT ON CHECKOUT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express and Paypal. In addition, we have Afterpay to help with big purchases.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
When you have reached the checkout, you will have a chance to enter your code into the discount bar. After clicking apply the code will be applied to the order if it is valid.
DO YOU HAVE ANY WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Isaak does offer a 12 month warranty on all products
DO YOU OFFER ANY BUY NOW PAY LATER SERVICES?
Yes we do! Simply go to our checkout and you will see the option of Afterpay. Simply select one payment option press checkout and you will be redirected to their website to complete the transaction. Once you have completed an application on their website, you will be redirected back to our order confirmation page which will provide you with an order number and further instructions.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?
Yes! As long as it has not been sent out yet. You can contact us through our FB messenger or at hello@Isaak.com.au. If it has been sent a small fee will be incurred to cover the courier's cost to redirect the freight to the new address.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order as long as we have not dispatched it otherwise there will be a fee to return it. Our orders a typically sent out within 12-48 hours of the purchase being made.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
If you do receive a card from the courier or have missed delivery, it will have their details to get into contact and organise re-delivery on your preferred date. If they have not heard from you if a while, the item may be returned to the warehouse. If you do need any further assistance just email or message us through our Facebook page.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?
There is a note on the checkout which you can write any additional information such as whether you want the courier to leave it in a special place ect. If you do need this please email us or message us through our Facebook page.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER LOSES MY ORDER?
In the odd case this happens, we will open an investigation with the courier and if proven they have lost the order and it was going to the right address, the order will be replaced straight away. For any orders that may be lost please contact us through email at hello@Isaak.com.au.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If you have received the wrong item please just send a photo and provide your order number to our customer service team through hello@Isaak.com.au. We will have it returned and arrange delivery of the correct item asap.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS SOME DAMAGE?
These are large items and this can occasionally happen. If this does happen, please send photos of the box, your order number and further details are to what you can see is damaged too hello@Isaak.com.au. Our team will respond as soon as possible to assist in the matter.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PART MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
If there is any parts or screws missing please contact our customer service team immediately (hello@Isaak.com.au) with your order number, and the part which is missing from your package. They will try organise the missing part and have it sent out asap.
